Seán Ó hÉigeartaigh and Kanta Dihal are taking part in the launch of Digital Global Cambridge, a series of events for Cambridge alumni around the world aimed at giving them the opportunity to hear from and engage with leading Cambridge academics.

Vice-Chancellor, Professor Stephen J Toope will present and moderate a discussion with Seán and Kanta. Together, they will discuss the benefits and challenges arising from our increasing use of artificial intelligence, including its use in addressing the many threats posed by the current pandemic, but exploring more broadly the use of artificial intelligence that is integral to – and sometimes invisible in – our daily lives.

Following presentations by the speakers and the panel discussion, participants will be able to join the conversation through a real-time Q&A session.
